Terms of Service

These are the Terms of Service for Virality, the service at virality.secarius.fr: a tool for cutting long-form video into short vertical videos, writing the copy that goes beside them, and publishing them to social accounts you own. They describe what the service does, what it will not do, and what you are responsible for.
Who may use it
You need an account, and you must be old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect — that is 13 or older everywhere, and older in some countries. One person or organisation per account.
Your footage stays yours
You keep every right you had in the video, audio and text you upload. Nothing here transfers ownership. We store your material only to run the service for you: to cut it, render it, and deliver it to the platforms you ask us to.
What you are responsible for
You must have the right to publish what you publish. That covers footage of other people, music, and anything you fetch from a link. Downloading a video from TikTok, Instagram or Facebook is only legitimate for material you own or are licensed to use — those platforms have their own terms and you remain bound by them. You are also responsible for keeping each connected account inside its own platform’s rules.
Accounts you connect
Connecting an account grants Virality permission to post as you, on that account, at the times you schedule. Nothing is posted that you did not select and confirm. You can disconnect any account at any time in Settings, which revokes the stored token; posts already queued for it stop.
What we do not do
We do not sell your content or your data. We do not post on your behalf without an explicit instruction from you. We do not use your uploaded footage to train models. We do not guarantee reach, views or income — nobody honestly can.
Generated text
Captions, titles and descriptions are drafted by an AI model. They are a draft: you can edit every one before it is scheduled, and you are responsible for what finally goes out. A model can be wrong or clumsy, so read what you publish.
Availability
The service is provided as it is. Platforms change their APIs, revoke access and impose rate limits without notice, and when they do, publishing to them can stop working until the integration is updated. We will not always be able to prevent that.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like; that removes your content and disconnects your accounts. We may suspend an account that is being used to break a platform’s rules or the law.
